Change in Electronic Medical Records Feb. 5

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services, we want to inform patients of an upcoming change to our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Effective February 5th, we will be transitioning to a new EMR system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our medical record-keeping. We understand that this change may prompt questions, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period.

In preparation for your first appointment on or after February 5th, you will be asked to (re-)enter your insurance, verify your demographic information, and confirm pertinent health information. A text or email from SPO will be sent to you before to your appointment, enabling you to pre-register online. If online pre-registration is not possible, devices will be provided at the clinic for your convenience before your appointment. If unable to pre-register online, please check in 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Due to this transition, the MySPO Login (the Patient Portal) will no longer be available starting February 5th. Rest assured, we are actively working on implementing a new MySPO Login, expected to be in place a few weeks after our EMR change on February 5th.  Stay tuned for further updates.

Our team is working diligently to ensure a seamless changeover, and we remain dedicated to delivering the same level of exceptional care you have come to expect from us. Please be assured that every precaution is being taken to minimize any impact on your healthcare experience. If you have any concerns or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office at 715-344-0701. We are here to assist you and appreciate your continued trust in us.
