Our clinic is open 8am till 5pm.
We are located at 500 Vincent Street, just off Division on the north side of town.
The time of your surgery is finalized the business day before your surgery. So whether at our ASC or our hospital, you will get a call the day before with the final time to show up.
We have wheelchairs for use here in the facility. We don’t send people out with wheelchairs. We also have resources for you that you can go out and rent them or borrow them from other facilities.
Bring in your paperwork and we will get it done as soon as possible. It’s always good to plan ahead because sometimes the people here are busy, and we may not be able to get it done today, but we will get it done as soon as possible.

We do partner with Aspirus for both inpatient and outpatient care, but we are an independent physician-owned clinic.
If you need to reschedule your surgery, please let our staff know what time works in your schedule. You need to be mindful that some insurance companies require a new authorization for your surgery, and that we also have to work with the OR (operating room) scheduling time available as well as the surgeon’s timeframe.
If you call the triage line, you can leave a message and somebody will get back to you, and may not be a nurse. But we do have nurses on site.
The physicians at Stevens Point Orthopedics are often very busy in different places. They may be in the hospital. They may be in the emergency room, in the operating room, or they may be in clinic, but busy with their their current patients.
We would ask that you let us know what your question or concern is to see if one of our staff could assist you with a prompt answer. If they are not able to, they will take it to the doctor and get back to you.
If you were seen within the last year by one of our providers, it’s something we can look into to see if it’s pertinent to extend that or to get another parking permit. But then you would have to then go to the DMV to get that filed once you receive it.
It depends on scheduling. So there are a couple factors about your insurance approval, and then what the doctor’s scheduling timeframe is.
You can call in and we can do one through your chart, or you can do it through the portal. We can send it right through the patient portal and you can get it that way. Or you can come into our office and pick it up that way as well
When you do go to the airport for your screening, please let them know that you’ve had a joint replacement and they will hand scan you and get you through security.
